We’ll use a simple framework called polyvagal theory to help you understand why you might shut down, lash out, or feel frozen in certain situations — and how your body is just trying to protect you.
You’ll also learn what happens when stress builds up and gets stuck in your body, plus some easy, practical tools to help you feel more calm, present, and in control.
By the end of the week, you’ll start to recognize what’s happening in your body and have the tools to support yourself when life feels overwhelming.

Shifting Your Narrative – Unlocking the Power of Your Subconscious Mind
In Week 2, we’ll explore your subconscious mind — the part of you that runs quietly in the background and shapes many of your thoughts, habits, and reactions without you even realizing it.
We’ll break down some brain basics to help you understand how different parts of your brain influence how you feel and what you do.
You’ll also learn about brainwave states — the different “frequencies” your brain operates in — and how tools like hypnosis can help gently shift stuck patterns or beliefs.
This week is all about uncovering what’s beneath the surface so you can start to understand why you think and feel the way you do — and begin to shift it.

Body Centered Tools – Creating Safety Within
In Week 3, we’ll take everything you’ve learned about your nervous system and subconscious mind and start applying it in real, practical ways.
You’ll learn somatic-based techniques — body-centered tools that help you shift out of stuck states like anxiety, shutdown, or autopilot and back into a sense of safety and presence.
We’ll also explore how your body communicates boundaries — and how you can begin to honor them, even if that’s something that’s felt hard in the past.
By the end of the week, you’ll have a personalized toolkit to help you manage stress, reconnect with yourself, and respond to challenges from a place of regulation rather than reactivity.

Integration
In Week 4, we’ll bring everything together.
This week is all about integration — helping you make sense of what you’ve learned and start weaving it into your daily life in a way that feels natural and supportive.
You’ll be guided through a breathwork class focused on reconnecting with your sense of purpose and tuning in to what truly matters to you.
We’ll also explore simple ways to continue supporting your nervous system moving forward — with practical tools, resources, and reflection prompts to keep you grounded, even after the program ends.
By the end of this week, you’ll have not just new knowledge, but real, embodied experience — and the confidence to keep showing up for yourself in a more regulated and aligned way.

From 6th Grade to Now:
A Friendship Rooted
in Growth
This is us—two kids in 6th grade who had no idea what life would bring. Our friendship has spanned decades, and we’ve walked through the messy, beautiful, and sometimes painful parts of growing up—side by side.
Diana immigrated to the U.S. from Ukraine as a child, learning a new language and adapting to a culture that often made her feel like she didn’t belong.
Jordan was queer in a world that didn’t make space for that identity—often feeling the need to hide parts of themself just to fit in.
We’ve both wrestled with identity, experienced the ache of not belonging, and navigated the weight of our own stories—immigrant family dynamics and the ways we learned to cope through numbing and disconnecting when life felt too heavy.


In our late 20s, something shifted.

We began exploring personal development and spirituality—not as a trend, but as a lifeline. Healing became a calling.
