Neurobody Breathwork

Hypnotherapy utilizes techniques to induce a relaxed state, where individuals are highly receptive to suggestions aimed at accessing and reprogramming the subconscious mind to achieve desired behavioral changes or emotional healing.

  • Induction: The method of leading someone into a relaxed and focused
    state of heightened suggestibility
  • Suggestions: Targeted statements of ideas given to help reprogram the subconscious mind for desired behavioral changes or emotional healing.
  • Metaphors: Symbolic language used within suggestions to effectively communicate with the subconscious mind.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach that examines the connections between our thoughts (neuro), language (linguistic), and behavior patterns (programming). It offers techniques to reframe and reprogram limiting beliefsĀ to achieve specific goals, enhance communication, and promote personal development.

  • Sub-modalities: The specific qualities and characteristics of our sensory experiences, such as color, texture, and temperature, which can be manipulated to alter our perceptions and emotional responses.Ā
